Requirements
- Customer service experience (retail, hospitality, or similar welcome)
- Comfort with basic computers and technology
- A natural communicator who enjoys working with people
- Reliable transportation to travel between branches

Responsibilities
- Greet members and handle transactions with speed and accuracy
- Listen to member needs and recommend appropriate solutions
- Resolve concerns with patience, empathy, and a calm attitude
- Balance transactions and maintain accurate records
- Collaborate with teammates across branches and departments
- Adjust smoothly to each branch's rhythm and team
