About The Position

Floating Teller Supervisor Based at Main Branch | Supporting Multiple Tennessee Locations Full-Time | On-Site $24.00 - $27.00/hourly Lead. Coach. Travel. Make an Impact. TENCU is looking for an experienced and motivated Floating Teller Supervisor to provide leadership and operational support throughout our Middle Tennessee branch network, with occasional travel to Cookeville and Johnson City, TN. Requirements

  • High School Diploma or equivalent
  • Some college coursework in Business or a related field and at least one year of management experience; OR Three years of experience in a bank, credit union, or financial institution, including two years of supervisory or management experience
  • Strong knowledge of financial institution operations
  • Leadership experience with a passion for coaching and team development
  • Excellent communication, problem-solving, and decision-making skills
  • Ability to travel between branch locations as business needs require
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
  • Commitment to confidentiality, professionalism, and member service excellence

Responsibilities

  • Supervise, coach, and develop Teller and Service Transaction Specialist teams
  • Support daily branch operations, cash controls, security, and compliance standards
  • Promote exceptional member service and identifying opportunities to meet member financial needs
  • Provide guidance on operational procedures, regulations, and best practices
  • Conduct performance evaluations and support employee development plans
  • Assist with account openings, account maintenance, and other platform services
  • Monitor branch performance and helping locations achieve organizational goals
  • Collaborate with Branch Operations, Marketing, and Risk Management to improve processes and member engagement
  • Support community outreach efforts and represent TENCU professionally throughout the communities we serve
