Riverland Federal Credit Union is seeking a Floating Teller / MSR to join their Member Services team. The ideal candidate will possess strong organizational, problem-solving, communication, and customer service skills. The standard service hours are Monday-Friday from 9:00 am to 4:00 pm, but actual hours worked will vary based on business needs. The Floating Teller / MSR will assist members and potential members with their credit union needs, explain services, set up new accounts, respond to problems, and direct members to the appropriate personnel. They will also assist members with financial transactions, including paying and receiving cash and other negotiable instruments. This role requires travel to designated branches to support staffing and scheduling needs.
