Requirements
- Previous Teller/MSR experience or cash-handling and customer service experience
- Detail-oriented with strong communication skills
- A team player eager to learn and grow
- High school diploma or equivalent
Responsibilities
- Welcome members and handle everyday transactions (deposits, withdrawals, payments)
- Maintain accuracy with cash handling and daily balancing
- Answer questions and recommend solutions that support members’ financial well-being
- Provide a warm, professional experience at every interaction
- Cross-train to grow your knowledge in reception and new accounts
