About The Position

Inspire Early Education is hiring a part-time Floating Teacher for its Freehold location. The teacher will help shape children’s early educational experiences by creating a safe, warm, and engaging classroom and supporting children’s learning, confidence, growth, and development. The role uses a play-based curriculum and involves working with children across age groups, building relationships with families, keeping classrooms organized and compliant with state standards, and collaborating with the teaching team. The schedule is 3:00 p.m. to 6:00 p.m., 15–20 hours per week.

Requirements

• High school diploma or GED.
• Strong communication and teamwork skills.
• A positive attitude and passion for working with children.
• Ability to pass background and health requirements.
