About The Position

Precision Tune Auto Care is seeking a dynamic Store Manager to drive sales, lead a high-performing team, and deliver exceptional customer service in a fast-paced automotive environment. The role oversees store operations and profitability while developing employees and maintaining customer relationships. The position includes key-holder duties and opening and closing responsibilities.

Requirements

High school diploma or equivalent.
At least 1 year of supervisory experience in an automotive service or related environment.
Strong customer service, communication, and cash-handling skills.
Ability to lead, mentor, and develop a team.
Comfort with upselling and meeting sales goals.
Valid driver’s license.
Ability to work days, nights, holidays, and weekends.

College education or completion of a technical program.

Responsibilities

Lead, coach, and motivate service and back-shop teams to achieve sales and productivity goals.
Recruit, hire, and develop talent to ensure appropriate staffing and service levels.
Oversee daily shop operations, including workflow, efficiency, safety, and customer satisfaction.
Train associates on customer care, Courtesy Vehicle Inspections (CVIs), and store systems.
Manage store profitability, visual presentation, inventory integrity, POS transactions, and vendor relations.
Partner with the Fleet business team to grow and maintain customer relationships.
Handle customer concerns and ensure fair resolution.
Serve as a key holder and perform opening and closing responsibilities.
