About The Position

Precision Tune Auto Care is seeking a Floating Store Manager to lead a team, drive sales, and deliver exceptional customer service in a fast-paced automotive service environment. The company provides total car care, including oil changes, diagnostics, engine repairs, and scheduled maintenance. The manager oversees shop operations and team performance while supporting customer satisfaction and store profitability.

Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• At least 1 year of supervisory experience in an automotive service or related environment.
• Strong customer service, communication, and cash-handling skills.
• Ability to lead, mentor, and develop a team.
• Comfort with upselling and meeting sales goals.
• Valid driver's license.
• Ability to work days, nights, holidays, and weekends.
• Ability to lift and carry up to 50 pounds; frequent standing, walking, bending, kneeling, and climbing ladders.
• Ability to communicate clearly in person and by phone, use computers, operate a vehicle safely, and work in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment.

Responsibilities

• Lead, coach, and motivate service and back-shop teams to achieve sales and productivity goals.
• Recruit, hire, and develop talent to ensure appropriate staffing and service levels.
• Oversee daily shop operations, including workflow, efficiency, safety, and customer satisfaction.
• Train associates on customer care, Courtesy Vehicle Inspections (CVIs), and store systems.
• Manage store profitability, visual presentation, inventory integrity, POS transactions, and vendor relationships.
• Partner with the Fleet business team to grow and maintain customer relationships.
• Handle customer concerns and ensure fair resolution.
• Serve as a key holder and perform opening and closing responsibilities.
