Gold Star is seeking a Floating General Manager for their Corporate-owned locations. The General Manager is instrumental in the success of the organization through outstanding leadership in operations, finance, customer relations, food safety, and Human Resources. This role plays a significant part in cultivating the atmosphere and culture of the restaurant by achieving the mission, vision, and values of Gold Star Brands.

Responsibilities
- Culture Builder - crafting a positive, collaborative culture with a focus on communication and core values.

- Operations – manage productivity, quality, and food safety
- Financial Management – Oversee sales growth, labor, cost of goods, controllable expenses, and overall profitability of the store
