This individual will support leasing efforts across several of our residential communities in the greater Milwaukee area. This isn’t just a leasing job. Requirements

A passion for helping people find a place they love to live
Excellent communication skills in person, by phone, and digitally
Detail-oriented, organized, and tech savy with modern leasing systems
Positive, energetic, and team-focused with a desire to grow in property management

Nice To Haves

Experience in leasing, hospitality, customer service, or sales preferred

Responsibilities

Rotate between properties to assist with leasing needs, building knowledge of each property's amenities, features, and unique selling points.
Deliver personalized touring experiences that create connection, answer questions, and inspire prospective residents to envision themselves at home.
Monitor local rental trends and local competitors to position the community as a premier living destination.
Assist with marketing campaigns, update online listings, contribute to social media, and help coordinate resident events that foster community.
Accurately process applications and leasing paperwork while ensuring prompt, clear communication with prospects and residents alike.
Be a go-to resource for current residents, offering support, solving problems, and helping maintain a welcoming, responsive living environment.
Welcome every prospective resident with warmth, professionalism, and genuine interest in their needs.
