About The Position

Integrity Property Services is hiring a dependable Floating Day Porter to support multiple commercial properties throughout San Diego County. The position provides coverage for employee absences, scheduled days off, and additional service needs. Work locations and schedules will vary. The Porter helps maintain clean, safe, and welcoming properties by completing cleaning, restocking, inspection, reporting, and other assigned property maintenance duties. The role requires dependable attendance, flexibility to work at different properties, reliable transportation, and the ability to perform physical cleaning tasks.

Requirements

Dependable attendance and flexibility to work at different properties.
Reliable transportation to assigned locations throughout San Diego County.
Strong communication skills and responsiveness to management.
Ability to work independently, follow instructions, and manage assigned tasks.
Ability to perform physical cleaning duties, including walking, bending, and lifting 50 pounds and supplies.
Smartphone for schedules, timekeeping, checklists, photos, and communication.
Must be authorized to work in the United States.
Professional appearance and positive attitude.

Nice To Haves

Previous porter, janitorial, or commercial cleaning experience is preferred.
Bilingual in English and Spanish is a plus.

Responsibilities

Patrol assigned property throughout each shift to ensure a clean, safe, and welcoming environment.
Empty trash and replace liners throughout the property.
Clean and sanitize restrooms and restock paper products, soap, and other consumables.
Clean entrances, lobbies, elevators, stairwells, sidewalks, breezeways, and other common areas.
Sweep, mop, vacuum, and spot-clean floors as needed.
Remove litter, leaves, and debris from sidewalks, curbs, parking lots, landscaped areas, and dumpster enclosures.
Clean windows, glass doors, mirrors, drinking fountains, and other high-touch surfaces.
Perform minor touch-up cleaning of spills, stains, and unexpected messes throughout the day.
Monitor restroom, janitorial, and common area supplies and notify supervisors when replenishment is needed.
Report maintenance issues, vandalism, graffiti, safety hazards, water leaks, lighting outages, and other property concerns.
Set up or move tables, chairs, and other common area furniture when requested.
Maintain professional communication with tenants, visitors, property management, and supervisors.
Complete daily inspections, work logs, and assigned tasks using company procedures.
Follow company safety policies and OSHA requirements.
Perform other assigned property maintenance and cleaning duties.
