About The Position

As a Floating Customer Service Representative, you will offer members and prospective members the complete range of financial products and services. These include depository accounts such as checking, savings, certificates, IRA, revocable trust, and estate accounts, as well as lending products and credit/debit cards. You will provide exceptional customer service, ensuring that all members receive the highest level of care and attention.

Requirements

  • Strong customer service skills with a focus on customer satisfaction.
  • Experience in cash handling and account management.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and data entry.
  • Familiarity with banking and finance principles.
  • Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, high-volume environment.

Nice To Haves

  • Experience in a banking or financial services environment is preferred.
  • Customer service facing experience is beneficial.
  • A team player with a positive attitude and strong interpersonal skills.

Responsibilities

  • Provide comprehensive information about financial products and services to members and prospective members.
  • Handle cash transactions efficiently and accurately.
  • Manage customer accounts and address inquiries or issues promptly.
  • Perform administrative duties as required to support branch operations.
  • Contribute to the sales and retail efforts of the branch by identifying member needs and offering suitable solutions.
