Requirements

High school diploma or equivalent required.
Strong communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills.
Reliable transportation and the ability to travel regularly to all First Independent Bank locations throughout Southwest Minnesota.

Nice To Haves

Previous banking, customer service, retail, hospitality, or sales experience preferred.

Responsibilities

Create a welcoming experience for every customer.
Process deposits, withdrawals, payments, and other banking transactions with accuracy and efficiency.
Build genuine relationships with new and existing customers by understanding their needs and providing personalized solutions.
Identify opportunities to introduce products and services that help customers succeed financially.
Contribute to branch and bank growth through referrals and relationship-building.
Represent First Independent Bank in local communities through events and engagement.
Continuously learn and stay informed about banking products, services, and industry best practices.
Travel throughout our Southwest Minnesota locations, bringing your positive attitude and expertise wherever needed.
