Requirements

• High school degree or equivalent
• At least one year practical experience as either a Leasing Consultant, or Assistant Community Manager
• Knowledge of OneSite required

Responsibilities

• Leasing apartments
• Managing resident retention
• Marketing the community
• Handling administrative and financial responsibilities for the community
• Assuming greater responsibilities upon absorbing and applying knowledge of all aspects of property management
• Serving as the individual responsible for the community in the absence of the Property Manager
• Acting as a role model to peers
• Advocating on behalf of the team to enhance individual performance
• Providing excellent service to internal and external customers
