Requirements

• Must have a valid driver's license and reliable transportation.
• Must be able to lift 50 lbs.
• Must be able to work a flexible schedule, including on-call shifts and occasional weekends/evenings.
• Must be able to perform all physical demands of the job, including climbing, stooping, kneeling, and standing for extended periods.

Nice To Haves

• HVAC certification
• CPO certification
• Previous experience in apartment maintenance

Responsibilities

• Handling service requests and repairs in apartments and buildings
• Getting empty homes move-in ready
• Keeping the grounds, amenities, and common areas looking great
• Doing preventive maintenance and inspections
• Jumping in on snow removal and sharing on-call shifts
• Creating a great resident experience with friendly, professional service
