About The Position

Are you detail-oriented and take pride in a job well done? Do you want to make a difference in helping residents feel at home? As a Make-Ready Technician, you’ll play a key role in preparing apartments for new residents at multiple properties in our Nashville, TN multifamily portfolio —making sure every home is clean, functional, and move-in ready.

Requirements

Experience in make-ready, general labor, or maintenance preferred.
Basic skills in painting, repairs, and cleaning.
Strong attention to detail and pride in quality work.
A team player with a positive, can-do attitude.
Ability to meet deadlines and work efficiently.
Valid Driver's License and insured operable vehicle

Nice To Haves

HVAC/EPA Certification a plus!

Responsibilities

Prepare apartments for new move-ins by completing painting, cleaning, and repairs.
Assist with basic maintenance tasks including minor plumbing, electrical, and appliance fixes.
Ensure all work is completed on time and up to company standards.
Report larger maintenance needs to the Service Manager.
Support the maintenance team with special projects as needed.
