Nice To Haves
- Prior experience in commercial or residential real estate, property management, retail, hospitality, construction, or renovation
- Trade skills in general construction, plumbing, electrical, appliance repair, painting, HVAC, and groundskeeping
Responsibilities
- Providing support to properties in need.
- Keeping residents happy.
- Repairing basic electrical switches, appliances, showerheads, and holes in drywall.
- Perfecting homes before move-in day.
