About The Position

The Floater Parking Lead provides operational support across multiple parking locations, stepping in as needed to ensure smooth daily operations. This role requires flexibility, strong customer service skills, and the ability to lead by example while maintaining a high standard of professionalism and reliability.

Requirements

Flexible availability, including mornings, evenings, weekends, and holidays
Must have a valid driver’s license and be able to drive as part of the role
Demonstrated responsibility and reliability
Strong customer service and interpersonal skills
Good computer skills and ability to learn new systems
Clear verbal and written communication skills
Ability to work independently and adapt to changing environments

Nice To Haves

Manual transmission experience preferred but not required
Prior parking, hospitality, or supervisory experience
Leadership mindset with a team‑oriented approach
Ability to remain calm and professional in fast‑paced situations

Responsibilities

Support and oversee daily parking operations at various locations
Step in to cover shifts or locations as needed, including varying hours
Provide excellent customer service to clients, guests, and tenants
Assist with directing traffic, parking vehicles, and resolving customer concerns
Communicate clearly with team members and management
Use computer systems to track activity, reports, or scheduling as required
Ensure all policies, procedures, and safety standards are followed
Serve as a point of contact when on-site leadership is needed
