The lead coordinates with Security Services for parking enforcement and assists in emergency situations by directing emergency vehicles and managing traffic. Additionally, the position oversees the day-to-day operations of Campus shuttles, including inspections and maintenance. Key responsibilities include enforcing hospital policies, mentoring staff on customer service and process improvement, assisting with staff interviews, selection, orientation, and training, and contributing to budget analysis. The lead is also responsible for identifying and implementing process improvement methods, fostering continuous performance improvement, leading customer service efforts, performing time-keeping entries, and providing input on staff performance evaluations.
