The Lead also oversees the day-to-day operations of Campus shuttles, including inspections and maintenance. Key responsibilities extend to staff mentorship, communication, assisting with new staff interviews, selection, orientation, and training, and collaborating with the manager on staff meetings and policy updates. The position also involves identifying and implementing process improvements, leading customer service efforts, performing time-keeping entries, and providing input on staff performance evaluations.
