About The Position

Office Pride is hiring a dependable Floater / Flexible Cleaner to cover school cleaning shifts near the listed ZIP codes. The role involves filling recently opened positions until they are staffed. After training, the cleaner typically works independently at an assigned location, follows a routine, and takes responsibility for preparing the school for the next day. Locations are kept close to home whenever possible, and supplies and equipment are onsite. Hands-on training and support are provided. The position offers opportunities for additional hours and advancement as the franchise grows.

The schedule is four hours per night, three to five days per week, Monday through Friday, with fill-in shifts within 20 minutes of the employee’s home. Pay begins at $15 per hour for 30 days, increases to $15.50 per hour for the next 30 days, and reaches $16 per hour at the 60-day mark. The posted compensation range is $15–$16 per hour.
