About The Position
The Credit Union has part-time and full-time openings for Tellers.
Requirements
- Professional and courteous demeanor
- Ability to perform routine member transactions
- Knowledge of account status and loan payoffs
- Ability to process bank checks and money orders
- Ability to redeem savings bonds, process mortgage, and loan payments
- Sales skills for cross-selling Credit Union products
Responsibilities
- Greet members and guests to the Credit Union in a professional and courteous manner.
- Perform routine member transactions, including deposits, withdrawals, cash advances, loan payments, transfers and check cashing.
- Provide members with account status, including current balance and loan payoffs.
- Process bank checks and money orders.
- Redeem savings bonds, process mortgage, and loan payments.
- Cross-sell Credit Union products.
