About The Position

As a key part of our frontline team, you’ll help members with their everyday financial needs—handling transactions with accuracy, care, and a whole lot of personality. You’re not just processing transactions—you’re creating great experiences and building trust with every interaction.

Requirements

  • At least 6 months of customer service and cash handling experience (financial institution experience preferred)
  • Some sales or cross-selling experience—you’re comfortable making recommendations that help people
  • A positive attitude, strong communication skills, and a natural ability to connect with people

Responsibilities

  • Be the go-to person for members by handling cash and check transactions quickly and accurately
  • Keep your drawer balanced like a pro—every day
  • Turn everyday interactions into meaningful conversations using warm greetings and genuine connection
  • Spot opportunities to recommend products and services that truly help members (no pushy sales here—just smart solutions)
  • Hit monthly referral goals by matching members with what they need
  • Stay organized and on top of reports, referrals, and daily balancing—details matter
  • Keep your cash drawer secure and follow all security and limit guidelines
  • Make regular outreach calls to stay connected with members
  • Jump in wherever needed—we’re a team that has each other’s backs
