Requirements
- Active RN license in Indiana
- Minimum of 2 or more years of LTC Nursing Home Experience
- Willingness to travel locally (within ~50 miles)
- Strong teamwork and adaptability

- Provide care across multiple facilities
- Support teams with staffing needs
- Deliver high-quality resident care
- Document and communicate changes
