The Clinical Resource Group (CRG) is seeking a Float LPN to work across multiple facilities in the Evansville Area, offering flexibility and variety. This role provides an opportunity to work in a supportive environment with consistent scheduling and high-quality resident care.

Requirements

• Active LPN license in Indiana
• Minimum of 2 or more years of LTC Nursing Home Experience
• Willingness to travel locally (within ~50 miles)
• Strong teamwork and adaptability

• Provide care across multiple facilities
• Support teams with staffing needs
• Deliver high-quality resident care
• Document and communicate changes
