Float Clinical Resource Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) $40/hour PLUS $5000 SIGN ON BONUS for FT and PT
About The Position

As a Float LPN within the Clinical Resource Group (CRG), you will work across multiple facilities in the Fort Wayne Area, providing flexibility, variety, and higher pay. The CRG offers advantages such as flexible scheduling (FT, PT, PRN), a consistent monthly schedule, and a variety of work environments without the need for agency contract hopping.
Requirements
- Active LPN license in Indiana
- Minimum of 2 or more years of LTC Nursing Home Experience
- Willingness to travel locally (within ~50 miles)
- Strong teamwork and adaptability
