About The Position

This role will be responsible for providing an internal nursing resource for unplanned staffing needs due to vacancies, leave of absences, patient census, patient acuity and employee call-ins. FirstStaff RN Resources will consist of two levels of clinical knowledge. Both levels are expected to work across all acute care locations of FirstHealth.

Requirements

  • Minimum of 2 years current full time acute care experience required in clinical area.
  • Current NC RN license.
  • Line-Safety certifications in BCLS, PALS and/or ACLS or other applicable specialty area certifications required.
  • Must have a Bachelor of Science in Nursing (BSN) degree within five (5) years of their employment date.
