Be the first friendly face on a patient's fertility journey. IVI RMA North America, a leading network of state-of-the-art fertility clinics, is seeking a compassionate and service-oriented Float Front Desk/Patient Services Coordinator based in Jersey City, NJ, but will support our Englewood, Morristown, West Orange, and Paramus locations as needed. This full-time role schedule is 5:30am–2:30pm or 8:30am–5:30pm, depending on needs Monday through Friday, with rotating weekends and holidays. In this dynamic position, you'll help create an exceptional patient experience by welcoming patients, coordinating appointments, supporting care teams, and ensuring smooth day-to-day operations across multiple offices. The Front Desk/Patient Services Coordinator will greet all incoming patients and guide them through their visit.
