This Float CNA position offers personalized one-to-one care to residents across various departments including Assisted Living, Memory Care, Health Care Center, Home Health, and Hospice. Requirements

• Current CNA license with the Virginia Board of Nursing
• Current CPR license
• At least one year of CNA experience
• Must be able to work at any of our three campuses, including the community (Annandale, Alexandria, Arlington)
• Must be willing to cross-train in Home Health and Hospice Departments
• Must own a smart phone

Responsibilities

• Provide personalized one-to-one care to residents in Assisted Living, Memory Care, Health Care Center, Home Health, and Hospice departments
