The role involves following a written plan of care by a registered nurse and developing close relationships with clients. Responsibilities

Provide personal care services: bathing, grooming, toileting, nail care, etc.
Provide household support: light housekeeping, laundry, bed making etc.
Perform meal preparation and feeding
Assist with range of motion/exercises
Assist with ambulation (Transfers/use of mechanical lifting devices)
Provide medication reminders
Provide companion care (homemaker) services
