Your day as a Home Care Aide for Elderly Clients As a Home Care Aide with Guardian Angel Senior Services, your responsibilities will encompass a variety of essential care tasks that enhance the daily lives of our elderly clients. You will engage in light housekeeping duties, including vacuuming, emptying trash, changing bed linens, and managing laundry and ironing. Additionally, you'll provide medication reminders and, when necessary, assist with pre-dosed medications. Your role will also involve meal preparation, ensuring clients enjoy nutritious options tailored to their needs. Helping with personal care, you'll support clients in showering, dressing, and grooming, while also assisting with grocery shopping and running errands as needed. This diverse range of responsibilities ensures that you play a critical role in maintaining the comfort and well-being of our clients. Requirements
- HHA/CNA Certification preferred but not mandatory
- Training will be provided with the person with no experience or certifications- While HHA/CNA certification is preferred, it is not mandatory; we welcome applicants who are eager to learn. Training will be provided for those without prior experience or certifications, ensuring you develop the necessary skills to succeed.
