About The Position

BAYADA is seeking CNAs, HHAs, and Nursing Students to work one-on-one with adult clients, offering flexibility in choosing work locations, clients, and hours. Both full-time and part-time schedules are available, including day and overnight shifts. An HHA training program is offered for those without experience. BAYADA provides a comprehensive benefits package for both part-time and full-time caregivers, including weekly pay, paid time off, referral bonuses ranging from $500 to $2000, scholarship opportunities, certified Dementia Training, and an Advance Through Nursing Program that offers scholarship assistance during school and post-licensure loan repayment up to $15K. Caregivers also receive 24/7 on-call clinical support. Base rates are up to $20.00/hour, with overtime rates up to $30.00/hour. Immediate job openings are available in various Upper Bucks and Montgomery County locations in Pennsylvania. Requirements

• CNAs – current or expired CNA license from any state
• HHA’s Minimum one year of Direct Home Care experience with another Home Health agency
• Nursing Students – completion of the medical-surgical 1 clinical rotation

Responsibilities

• Assist our clients with Activities of Daily Living (ADLs)
• Bathing
• Grooming
• Toileting
• Nail care
• Range of Motion exercises
• Ambulation
• Transfers / use of mechanical lifting devices
• Home Management Tasks: laundry, meal preparation, bed making etc.
