About The Position
Phoenix Home Care & Hospice is seeking a skilled, compassionate Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) to provide continuous, hands-on care for a client in their home in Kirksville, MO. This role offers the opportunity to be a steady, caring presence for someone who depends on daily support. Requirements
- Current CNA certification
- Experience using a Hoyer lift
- Confidence providing hands-on personal care
- Dependable, patient, and professional
- 18 years of age or older
- Valid driver’s license, reliable vehicle, and current auto insurance
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs
- Ability to pass background check and drug screen
Responsibilities
- Assist with bathing, dressing, and personal hygiene
- Assist with toileting
- Perform safe transfers, including Hoyer lift use
- Provide consistent, attentive, and compassionate care throughout each shift
