About The Position

Gateway Diagnostic Imaging is seeking an experienced, patient care-oriented professional on a full-time basis as a Float Bilingual Patient Service Representative to help support our locations in Plano, Frisco, and Richardson, TX. The Patient Services Representative (PSR) serves as the first point of contact for patients visiting our Dallas imaging center. You’ll be responsible for ensuring a smooth and welcoming experience from check-in to check-out. This includes scheduling appointments, verifying insurance, collecting payments, and supporting overall front desk operations.

Requirements

• 1-4 Years Experience in Medical Office Setting or Hospital
• Experience in Authorizations and Insurance Verification Needed
• Ability to Handle Heavy Patient Volume
• Strong Customer Service and Computer Skills
• Ability to Multi-Task

Nice To Haves

• Bilingual (Spanish or Vietnamese/English) highly preferred

Responsibilities
