Requirements

  • Bilingual in Vietnamese

Responsibilities

  • Answering a high volume of inbound calls (60–80 calls per day) from patients, vendors, insurance companies, and medical facilities
  • Scheduling, rescheduling, and canceling patient appointments via phone, SMS, and patient portal messages
  • Screening and routing calls appropriately to ensure patients are directed to the right departments
  • Accurately registering patients and managing appointment scheduling and follow-ups in the EMR system
  • Must be bilingual in Vietnamese
