The Flight Operations Program Specialist supports the Aircraft Programs Manager by managing the lifecycle of operational subscription programs across Clay Lacy Aviation's managed fleet. This role ensures aircraft and flight crews remain compliant with company standards, General Operations Manual (GOM) requirements, and applicable Part 91 and Part 135 regulations. The Specialist serves as the primary point of contact for flight operations software, electronic flight bag (EFB) platforms, navigation databases, charting services, operational subscriptions, and related vendor programs. This position partners closely with Flight Operations, Maintenance, Information Technology, aircraft owners, vendors, and flight crews to maintain operational readiness while identifying opportunities to improve efficiency, service continuity, and cost effectiveness.
