About The Position

This role is responsible for analyzing operations reports to ensure accurate payroll production. The Flight Crew Payroll Coordinator will also assist with Human Resources processes related to payroll, including managing various types of leave, furloughs, and recalls. A key aspect of the position involves working with Operations staff to enhance database products, documenting and improving existing processes, and collaborating with IT on the development of Operations Systems. Additionally, the role includes calculating and reporting per diem/rigs and performing other assigned duties.

Requirements

  • High level of organizational skills and accuracy of data input
  • Must possess a High School diploma or GED
  • Ability to delegate duties and instructions to insure task completion
  • Ability to clearly communicate with customers and co-workers; Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Minimum of one (1) year experience working with Microsoft Office products (Excel, Word, etc.)
  • Minimum of one (1) year experience working in an office environment
  • Ability to work with minimal supervision

Nice To Haves

  • Knowledge of Federal Aviation Regulations
  • Knowledge of standard operating procedures of 121and 117 regulations
  • Knowledge of Flight Operations Department
  • Associate’s degree in Accounting or related field

Responsibilities

  • Analyze Operations reports for increased accuracy for producing payroll
  • Assist with Human Resources processes that involve payroll – sick, vacation, medical and personal leave, furlough and recall
  • Work with Operations staff to increase database products
  • Document existing processes and innovate and improve them
  • Interface with IT for the development of Operations Systems
  • Per diem/rig calculations and report
  • Other duties as assigned
