About The Position

The Lafayette (IN) Aviators are a summer collegiate baseball team in the Prospect League. This internship program is designed to prepare staff for a career in sports by providing hands-on experience and learning from actual game-day situations. The Aviators play at Loeb Stadium, which features modern amenities. The organization focuses on helping staff achieve their career objectives through practical application and daily discussion of encountered situations.

Requirements

• Must be available for high school freshman to college senior.
• Must work all 30 home games and potential playoff games during the 2026 season.

Responsibilities

• Assist in setup/breakdown of gameday props and materials for entertainment.
• Prepare and facilitate giveaways during the games.
• Interact with the crowd during home games, creating a fun and engaging atmosphere.
• Source and escort contestants for in-game entertainment.
• Maintain a professional image while in Loeb Stadium.
