About The Position

StretchLab Johns Creek is hiring a Flexologist / Stretch Therapist for its Johns Creek, Georgia studio. In this role, you will provide one-on-one assisted stretching sessions in a clean, calm, professional studio, working with clients of all ages and fitness levels. You will use your knowledge of anatomy and human movement to customize stretching plans for clients, including athletes, seniors, and desk workers. Prior stretching experience is not required; the company provides training in its StretchLab methodology. The position is available part-time or full-time and may suit someone seeking supplemental income or primary employment.

Requirements

Hold a current license, certification, or degree in a health or fitness field.
Eligible credentials include Licensed Massage Therapist (LMT); Certified Personal Trainer (NASM, ACE, NSCA, ACSM, or similar); a degree in Exercise Science, Kinesiology, or a related field; Physical Therapist or Physical Therapist Assistant; Occupational Therapist; Athletic Trainer; Registered Yoga Teacher (RYT 200+) or a similar credential that includes anatomy, physiology, or kinesiology.

Nice To Haves

Prior stretching experience or knowledge is not required; relevant educational foundations are sufficient for training.

Responsibilities

Deliver one-on-one assisted stretching sessions to clients.
Use knowledge of anatomy and human movement to customize stretching plans to client needs and goals.
Work with clients across a range of ages and fitness levels.
Review the client schedule and work with clients in focused 25- or 50-minute sessions.
Build client trust and contribute to a supportive, professional client experience.
Progress clients over time through appropriate stretching plans.
