About The Position

As a Flexographic Press Lead Operator, you will play a key role in producing high-quality packaging for customers across a variety of industries. Working in a fast-paced manufacturing environment, you will lead press operations, support continuous improvement efforts, and help ensure safe, efficient, and quality-focused production.

Requirements

High school diploma or GED required.
1-3 years of manufacturing, printing, or related production experience.
Ability to read and interpret production specifications, safety procedures, and operating instructions.
Basic computer and math skills.
Strong mechanical aptitude and ability to use hand tools.
Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
Ability to pass color vision and color hue testing.
Strong commitment to safety, quality, teamwork, and attendance.
Willingness to work overtime as needed.

Responsibilities

Operate and set up flexographic printing equipment to produce quality packaging products.
Lead safe and efficient production while meeting quality and performance standards.
Troubleshoot equipment issues and perform minor maintenance and adjustments.
Support continuous improvement initiatives focused on safety, productivity, quality, and waste reduction.
Train and support team members while promoting a culture of teamwork and accountability.
Help deliver products our customers rely on every day.
