Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Strong mechanical aptitude and troubleshooting skills
- 2+ years of printing experience
- Experience with cold foils, hot stamp dies, rotary screens, and tactile varnishes
- Strong communication, teamwork, and time management skills
Nice To Haves
- Experience with Lean Manufacturing principles
- Familiarity with ISO quality systems
Responsibilities
- Set up and operate flexographic printing equipment to meet quality and production standards
- Monitor print quality and make adjustments as needed
- Manage materials and reduce product waste
- Work closely with team members to maintain efficient production flow
- Support Lean Manufacturing, KAIZEN, and continuous improvement initiatives
- Contribute to a culture of innovation and operational excellence
