About The Position

Western States Envelope and Label Company, a family-owned business with over 110 years of experience, is seeking a skilled Flexo Press Operator to join their team in Sun Prairie, WI. This role is responsible for operating and maintaining press machinery to produce high-quality products efficiently and safely. The company is known for its high-quality envelopes, labels, and packaging, with a focus on customer satisfaction and employee input. This is a full-time position on the second shift.

Requirements

• Prior Flexographic Press Set Up Operator experience.
• Ability to multi-task.
• Good eye for product quality and safety.
• Good attendance and reliable transportation to work.

Nice To Haves

• Printing industry experience in a manufacturing environment.

Responsibilities

• Read and follow the order jacket thoroughly.
• Responsible for all setup, cleanup, and troubleshooting on all machines.
• Perform color matches and other quality control checks throughout the shift.
• Produce a world-class label product in a fast-paced work environment.
• Offer and drive suggestions to improve the overall process.
• Organize and implement improvement ideas in the work area.
• Other duties may be assigned.
