About The Position
Per Mar Security Services is seeking hardworking, motivated individuals to join our team as Flex Security Officers in the Quad City Area. As an industry leader established in 1953, Per Mar Security Services is the largest, family-owned, full-service security company in the Midwest. We offer comprehensive security solutions including security officer services, smart home automation, burglar and fire alarms, access control, security cameras, alarm monitoring, investigative services, and background checks. This role is designed for individuals with flexible availability to cover various shifts, including weekends, and primarily 2nd and 3rd shifts, to fill in for call-offs, temporary assignments, vacations, and vacancies.
Requirements
- Flexible availability, including weekends.
- Open availability for 2nd and 3rd shifts.
- Valid driver's license.
- Reliable transportation.
- No disqualifying convictions for state licensing (felonies, aggravated misdemeanors, some serious misdemeanors).
- Dependability.
- Excellent customer service skills.
- Great oral and written communication skills.
- Positive attitude.
Responsibilities
- Provide security coverage for various shifts, including 1st, 2nd, and 3rd shifts, as well as weekends.
- Fill in for security officer call-offs, temporary accounts, vacations, and vacancies.
- Maintain a flexible schedule to meet operational needs.
- Ensure the safety and security of clients' properties and personnel.
- Demonstrate excellent customer service skills.
- Communicate effectively both orally and in writing.
- Maintain a positive attitude.
