About The Position

GardaWorld Security Services is Now Hiring a Flex Security Officer - Museum! Ready to suit up as a Flex Security Officer - Museum? This role requires adaptability, as it is not a stationary post and involves varying responsibilities such as customer service, patrols, and surveillance, depending on the day and special events. The ideal candidate will be comfortable working around children and able to embrace change and thrive in dynamic situations.

Requirements

Must have one year of security experience
Be comfortable working around children of all age
This is not a stationary post
You have a state security license and additional 32hr. BSIS security trainings (Additional security trainings can be obtained during the hiring process)
Be authorized to work in the U.S.
Be able to provide documentation of High School Diploma or GED
Ability to think quickly and adapt to changing situations
Responsive and strong problem solving skills

If you have Security, Military, Law Enforcement experience – even better!

Responsibilities

Monitor the premises to ensure security
Conduct patrols to spot any suspicious activity
Control access points and verify identities
Respond quickly to incidents or potential threats
Provide excellent customer service while maintaining security
Write detailed reports on events and incidents
Collaborate with authorities during serious situations
Ensure the safety and protection of individuals and property
