About The Position
GardaWorld Security Services is seeking a Concierge Security Officer for a museum position. This role requires a strong focus on customer service, as you will be interacting with people on all shifts. The ideal candidate will have a natural ability to engage with others, reassuring and inspiring confidence. This is not a stationary post and involves working around children of all ages.
Requirements
- One year of security experience
- State security license and additional 32hr. BSIS security trainings (Additional security trainings can be obtained during the hiring process)
- Authorized to work in the U.S.
- Provide documentation of High School Diploma or GED
- Comfortable working around children of all age
- Exceptional customer service skills
- Proficient in basic phone & computer skills

Responsibilities
- Customer service duties like welcoming, verifying identity, and guiding visitors
- Manage access control
- Perform regular patrols to identify potential risks
- Inspect security equipment and report any maintenance needs
- Respond to incidents, provide first aid, and coordinate with emergency teams
- Answer questions in person or by phone
- Write incident reports and communicate security concerns
- Ensure the safety and protection of individuals and property
