About The Position

As a Flex Operator, you’ll contribute to JM’s mission as a world leader in sustainable technology, transforming energy and reducing carbon emissions for a cleaner, brighter future. The role involves processing and fabricating precious metals to defined specifications using approved procedures, setting up and operating production equipment including wire rod mills, bull blocks and wire drawing machines. You will also monitor equipment performance, change dies and adjust processes to maintain quality standards, inspect products during production, correct defects and escalate issues when required, and weigh, record and maintain accurate material and batch records to ensure full traceability. Additionally, you will maintain a clean, safe and organized work area while managing waste and scrap materials.

Requirements

High school diploma or equivalent
Experience working in a manufacturing or industrial environment
Ability to follow written and verbal instructions accurately
Strong attention to detail with a focus on quality and safety
Comfort working independently or as part of a team to meet deadlines

Responsibilities

Processing and fabricating precious metals to defined specifications using approved procedures
