Requirements

High school diploma or equivalent
Experience working in a manufacturing or industrial environment
Ability to follow written and verbal instructions accurately
Strong attention to detail with a focus on quality and safety
Comfort working independently or as part of a team to meet deadlines

Responsibilities

Processing and fabricating precious metals to defined specifications using approved procedures
Setting up and operating production equipment including wire rod mills, bull blocks and wire drawing machines
Monitoring equipment performance, changing dies and adjusting processes to maintain quality standards
Inspecting products during production, correcting defects and escalating issues when required
Weighing, recording and maintaining accurate material and batch records to ensure full traceability
Maintaining a clean, safe and organized work area while managing waste and scrap materials
