About The Position

The 1st Shift Flex Operator plays a critical role in ensuring the smooth and efficient operation of manufacturing or production equipment during the first shift. This position is responsible for monitoring, adjusting, and maintaining machinery to meet production targets while adhering to safety and quality standards. The operator will collaborate closely with team members and supervisors to troubleshoot issues, optimize processes, and support continuous improvement initiatives. Flexibility is key in this role, as the operator may be required to perform various tasks across different production lines or equipment types. Requirements
