About The Position

The GSOC Operator Flex Officer position helps maintain a safe and secure environment for our clients by providing centrally managed law enforcement radio monitoring with event logging and recording, alarm monitoring of intrusion detection systems, and emergency dispatch, incident reporting and analysis, and remote alarm panel programming. Typical Flex Officer Objectives: Provide security for short-term special security assignments. Support staffing requirements at accounts during shortages due to vacations, call-offs, no shows, holidays, etc. Exposure to utilization directly over various Security Incident Management Tools i.e. Alarm Management, CCTV, geo-fencing applications, Geo-political Intel/ Risk Intelligence applications etc Weekend and holiday availability needed. Ability to work flexible schedules. Provide high level customer service to our clients & their guests. Our GSOC Operator Flex Officer positions are highly sought after. Requirements

  • 18 years of age or older
  • High School Diploma or GED Required
  • Standard computer / technology skills needed
  • Must be able to provide exceptional customer service to our clients and their guests
  • 1-2 Years SOC/ GSOC/ Customer Service Call Center Experience
  • Dispatch and EMS Escalations, Awareness concerning Access Control Security Concepts
  • Leadership (accountable, metric driven, goal oriented)
  • Resourceful, independent & flexible to Client/ Operational support engagements
  • Conflict resolution and de-escalation skills a plus
  • Must be able to interact with a wide range of individuals in a professional manner
  • All candidates must be able to pass a drug test and background check!
  • Weekend and holiday availability needed
  • Ability to work flexible schedules
