About The Position

The Flex Officer helps maintain a safe and secure environment for clients by monitoring premises, controlling access, and patrolling a variety of locations. The role preserves order by enforcing regulations and directives for client sites covering personnel, visitors, and the surrounding area. The position is based in Eau Claire, Wisconsin, pays $21.50 per hour, and lists shifts of 0000–0800 and 1600–2400.

The officer handles conflict resolution and de-escalation, interacts frequently with client employees and guests, identifies and reports safety issues and suspicious activity, follows post orders, completes assigned rounds, and provides customer service and information. The role also involves using technology devices during shifts, conducting property tours, and performing other similar tasks required at the assigned site.

Requirements

• Must be at least 18 years of age.
• High school diploma or GED required.
• Above-average computer and technology skills.
• Excellent customer service and team leadership skills.
• Ability to work independently.
• Ability to remain calm and professional during stressful situations.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to remain vigilant throughout the shift.
• Professional demeanor.
• Ability to respond to emergencies with rapid, effective judgment and appropriate escalation.
• Willingness to participate in the company's pre-employment screening process, including a drug screen and background investigation.
• Safe driving certification.

• Security, law enforcement, or military experience is a plus.

Responsibilities
