Requirements

Strong track record of performance, profitability, and product penetration
Demonstrated excellence in customer satisfaction and compliance
Deep understanding of automotive lending, deal structure, and finance regulations
High level of professionalism, leadership, and communication skills
Ability to perform under pressure and deliver consistent results in a fast-paced environment
Ability to pass a pre-employment background check and drug screening is required

Responsibilities

Deliver exceptional finance performance while maintaining a best-in-class customer experience
Present and secure financing, protection products, and aftermarket offerings with professionalism and integrity
Maintain strong lender relationships and ensure full compliance with dealership, state, and federal regulations
Manage Contracts in Transit (CIT) with accuracy, urgency, and accountability
Achieve and maintain high CSI performance standards
Collaborate closely with sales leadership to maximize profitability and operational efficiency
Contribute to a culture of professionalism, accountability, and continuous improvement
